  2. I have four women who have been raped by fraud in NJ. I have just found out about this law via Mischele’s blog and I am looking to make a plan on how to go after this guy. He is still loose and we have tried to go to various agencies and they are all passing the buck. We all live in four different states but as it turns out, we have all had sex with him in NJ, so this may be our way to be able to do something. I have just emailed Mr Singleton via the NJ website. If you could offer further help, please contact me. Our blog about our perp is:

    1. Leah,

I’m so sorry to hear of your troubles. It’s amazing that you all found each other and can swap notes as well as lend each other support.

In addition to my efforts that enlightened Mischele Lewis about the crime of rape by fraud….. she read my book, spoke to me at great length, and I accompanied her to the police to file her statement, I’m doing everything possible to support this law and create legislation in additional states. All of you should register your information on the 50 Brave Women campaign on this blog (not publicly released), and submit the factual information about the offender on the CAD Suspects database on this blog.

I’m currently involved in a project that’s a documentary. Could you please get in touch with me so we can discuss this further. To do so, please fill in the comment form at the bottom of the Stop Rape by Fraud page of this blog. That information is also not posted publicly. It goes directly to my email box.

And by all means, all four of you, and your supporters, should sign the petition that this page will connect you to.

Protecting people from offenders like Tom is exactly what my efforts are all about. Your story can help raise awareness!

      Thanks for sharing it.

      Joyce
